Can you help me apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa?
Yes, our Islington immigration lawyers are hugely experienced in assisting with Tier 4 Student Visa applications. If you opt for our services, we will handle every stage of the application process with the utmost care, doing everything we can to remove the stress from proceedings.
We will conduct a thorough document check to ensure that you have all of the necessary paperwork in place alongside your application form. We will liaise with your Tier 4 sponsor throughout the process, confirming that your chosen institution is able to act as your sponsor.

Can you assist me with my Spouse Visa application?
We also have a deep understanding of how important it is to secure your future with your loved ones. As a result, we do everything within our power to ensure that the Spouse Visa application process runs as smoothly as possible. We have an immensely impressive track record of successful Spouse Visa applications, and will draw on this experience to maximise your chances of approval.
At your initial appointment, you will be assigned a lawyer who will discuss your situation with you and assess how best to proceed. If you opt for our full application package, your lawyer will assist you through all stages of the process, from preparing you for the ‘Genuine Relationship Test’ to ensuring that you have a valid marriage or civil partnership certificate that is recognised by UK law.
You will also receive help in organising your supporting documentation portfolio. As part of the Spouse Visa application process, you are required to submit paperwork such as proof of accommodation and proof of English language ability alongside your actual application form.
Can you help me naturalise as a British citizen?
Yes, assisting with British citizenship applications is a major part of our work here at the Immigration Advice Service. We know how important it is to have the security that comes with being a British national; not only does it enable you to leave and re-enter the country free from immigration controls, it provides access to free NHS healthcare and a number of other benefits.
To be eligible, you must have held Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) for a minimum of 12 months. You must also be over the age of 18. Assessing your eligibility is a major part of what we will help you with if you opt for our services. We will sit down with you and discuss your situation in order to determine whether or not you are able to proceed with the British citizenship application process.
If you are eligible and would like to proceed with our Application Package, you will be assigned a lawyer who will guide you through all stages of the process, from preparing you for both the Life in the UK Test and English language exam, to conducting a thorough documentation check to ensure you have all of the necessary paperwork in order.
Do I have to physically visit an office?
