Lola is an immigration lawyer with over 17 years experience working in immigration law. She deals with various aspects of immigration and is qualified under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme as a Senior Caseworker.
Background
Lola is particularly passionate about human rights of women and of the LGBT community. She has a very high success rate record of complex LGBT immigration, asylum and human rights applications and appeals. She is also very passionate about assisting with complex domestic violence cases, FGM and other cases of gender-based violence.
In her private time, Lola is involved in activities in support of the LGBT community and she is a fervent campaigner of freedom of religion and freedom from religion. She also deals with cases of people fleeing persecution because they have converted to another religion or have abandoned religion.

Lola deals with a wide range of cases under the Immigration Rules, Asylum, Human Rights, EU, and Nationality Law in respect of public funded cases and private clients and regularly represents and advocates on behalf of clients on appeals/bails at the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tier Tribunal.
